Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead front-end instructional analysis to identify training requirements, performance needs, content requirements, and instructional approaches.
  • •Develop, review, revise, and map learning objectives to applicable training requirements.
  • •Write technically accurate instructional scripts and create detailed storyboards covering learner interactions, media, navigation, assessments, and developer instructions.
  • •Collaborate with Government SMEs to validate technical accuracy, facilitate SME reviews, and incorporate adjudicated feedback.
  • •Ensure instructional products conform to NAVEDTRA and Government requirements through reviews, QA, validation, revision, and traceability across requirements to assessments.
