Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and fluctuation analyses.
  • •Own accounting processes across assigned areas and ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with US GAAP.
  • •Develop, document, and improve accounting policies, procedures, controls, and reporting processes.
  • •Partner with Finance, Operations, Procurement, Legal, and other teams to resolve accounting issues and communicate recommendations.
  • •Support internal and external audits, technical accounting analyses, and cross-functional projects.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of accounting experience, including general ledger and month-end close responsibilities.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls.
  • •Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system.
  • •CPA certification or public accounting experience preferred.
