Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and emphasizing the impact of the service.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, small business, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and CDs.
  • •Attain individual activity and outcome goals while engaging with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire and deepen client relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience building current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience prioritized) (required).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) (required).
