Lead all aspects of an assigned Truist branch, driving performance through coaching and managing teammates while building strong business development pipelines. Grow branch revenue through small business and mass affluent client strategies using face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management, and Code of Ethics, and execute engagement routines with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) partners and operations.
