Job Summary

Conduct Cloud Red Team Blue Team (CRTBT) engagements as a Red Teamer, using cloud-focused adversary emulation to challenge and validate customers’ security controls and detection capabilities. Partner with customers from kickoff through report delivery, support Blue Teamer real-time threat hunting and incident response, and identify long-term enhancements to improve adversary emulation tradecraft and cloud breach detection, prevention, and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct Cloud Red Team Blue Team engagements as a Red Teamer to perform cloud-focused adversary emulation against customer environments.
•Support the CrowdStrike Blue Teamer and the customer’s SOC/IR team with real-time threat hunting and incident response.
•Work with customers to understand cloud security controls and detection capabilities and emulate realistic adversary TTPs to validate defenses.
•Manage CRTBT engagements from kickoff through report delivery.
•Identify long-term enhancements to improve the CRTBT offering and help clients detect, stop, and recover from cloud-based breaches.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 100,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2-3 years experience in red team consulting services or MSSP roles with strong experience in one or more public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID/M365, or GCP).
•1-2 years experience conducting Red Team Blue Team or Purple Team exercises.
•5+ years cybersecurity industry experience overall, ideally hands-on (penetration testing, adversary emulation, security automation, etc.).
•Experience scripting, automating, and developing tooling to support adversary emulation operations and build or extend custom red team capabilities.
•Experience implementing information security programs or working in endpoint, cloud, network security, threat intelligence, or SOC/IR environments is helpful.
