Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide senior product line technical leadership for circuit breaker design, performance, qualification, compliance, and lifecycle management.
  • •Lead sustaining engineering activities: drive resolution of product quality, yield, and performance issues using structured root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • •Validate product design deviations and manufacturing changes to ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications.
  • •Serve as a liaison between Technical Center teams and feeder plants to handle product performance non-conformances and implement root-cause corrections.
  • •Support VA/VE and quality improvement initiatives; collaborate on product qualification/regulatory compliance and participate in LEAN and EQMS initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or others).
  • •3 years of experience in electromechanical component or systems design.
  • •Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • •Must be authorized to work in USA; no relocation offered.
  • •Experience with Six-Sigma quality tools and general knowledge of product design for cost-effective manufacture.
