Key Responsibilities

  • •Design intuitive and responsive Power Apps user interfaces, including forms, dashboards, navigation structures, and reusable UI components.
  • •Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for business applications.
  • •Design modern SharePoint sites and information architecture, including document libraries, metadata structures, navigation, and search experiences.
  • •Run stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and create user personas, user journeys, and process flow diagrams, translating business needs into user-centric designs.
  • •Collaborate with developers and support design reviews, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing; recommend improvements based on feedback and usability testing.

Key Requirements

  • •3–7 years of experience in designer roles.
  • •Experience designing enterprise applications, translating business requirements into engaging user experiences.
  • •Strong UI/UX design skills including wireframing, prototyping, user journey mapping, design thinking, accessibility standards, and usability testing.
  • •Power Apps experience (Canvas Apps, Power Apps UX Design, Power Fx fundamentals) and Dataverse understanding.
  • •SharePoint Online experience including modern SharePoint sites, page design, site navigation & information architecture, and document libraries & metadata.
