Job Summary

Drive partner ecosystem growth for TikTok Shop by analyzing operational pain points, improving partner capability tiering, and formulating refined partner growth strategies. Collaborate with partners to tailor strategies aligned to their business goals, define business models, and launch special projects to improve visibility and sales. Build and maintain a comprehensive operations knowledge system, oversee end-to-end execution against GMV and merchant penetration goals, and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify partner ecosystem pain points through in-depth analysis and develop insights for business decisions.
•Iterate and upgrade the partner capability tiering system and formulate growth strategies to improve partner capabilities.
•Work with partners to create customized strategies, define business models, and execute special projects to optimize visibility and sales.
•Lead building, categorizing, and curating a comprehensive operations knowledge system and continuously improve it via real-world data feedback.
•Oversee end-to-end execution for GMV growth and merchant penetration, coordinating cross-functional teams and continuously optimizing through reviews.

Key Requirements

•Over 3 years of operational experience in e-commerce platforms, with priority for strategy middle platforms.
•Deep understanding of partner or merchant operating models, including experience managing partners or influencer agencies.
•Experience in product operations or data analysis, using data analysis tools to identify issues and evaluate strategy effectiveness.
•Strong project management skills with cross-department collaboration and efficient execution from planning through implementation.
•Excellent communication skills to articulate strategic logic and drive alignment across teams.
