Job Summary

Own and support networking technical services for client solutions, ensuring requirements are delivered in line with SLAs. Configure, install, and handle break/fix incidents across low-to-medium complexity during project lifecycle, leading troubleshooting and escalating complex issues. Assist with documentation for standard operating procedures and maintain project administration such as time capture and stakeholder feedback, while supporting presentations and growing toward professional certifications.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure client solution requirements are resolved in line with SLAs for networking technical services.
•Perform configurations and installations and attend break/fix events during the project lifecycle.
•Own and support problem resolution and troubleshooting for low to medium complexity issues, escalating complex problems to the right third parties.
•Assist with documenting standard operating procedures for installations and fixes during ops handover.
•Maintain project administration including time capture and feedback to stakeholders, and conduct elementary presentations for the customer organization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
•Professional-level networking certification experience across technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5 (e.g., CCNP, JNCIP, ACMP).
•Moderate experience in networking technical implementation engineering, including client-facing work and conducting presentations.
•Moderate experience with networking technologies such as routing, switching, wireless, SDI distribution, and core/access layers.
•Experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting with a strong learning orientation and good verbal communication skills.
