Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute Spare Engineering strategy to support Micron cost objectives, including Value Engineering initiatives and savings pipelines.
  • •Lead development, qualification, and deployment of new repair technologies and specialized capabilities across Asia Bench sites.
  • •Coordinate One Asia Bench Ecosystem engineering collaboration between Japan and Taiwan, standardizing best practices and optimizing capacity.
  • •Expand supplier ecosystems by scouting partners, matching capabilities, and developing supplier technical partnerships.
  • •Manage VE savings and related KPIs, promote digitalization/automation for cost analysis, and build/lead a high-performing Spare Engineering team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or a related field.
  • •Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, or spare parts management.
  • •Proven experience leading teams and people management.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive cost optimization.
  • •Business-level English proficiency and ability to manage priorities across global, cross-functional teams.
