Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property insurance claims in line with state regulatory requirements. Manage a caseload of moderate-to-high complexity losses, analyze coverage and liability exposure, and coordinate with vendors, internal partners, and when appropriate, external regulators. Use virtual inspection and estimating tools, document claims accurately, and handle catastrophe (CAT) response needs with required travel.
