Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and continuously improve partner training and certification programs tailored to multiple partner segments, anchored to GTM execution.
  • •Develop and maintain partner-specific GTM content (joint sales plays, co-sell decks, competitive positioning, and objection handling) and optimize enablement infrastructure.
  • •Own internal GTM enablement by equipping AEs, SEs, and CSMs with partner playbooks, how-to-win resources, and co-sell readiness.
  • •Build and deliver account mapping frameworks and support Salesforce (SFDC) account mapping between Docker and partner sales teams.
  • •Track partner readiness KPIs and use performance data and feedback to continuously improve programs and measure GTM impact.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel enablement, or partner programs in a SaaS or technology company.
  • •Experience designing and delivering scalable partner training and certification anchored to GTM outcomes.
  • •Experience managing a partner portal or LMS, with Impartner experience strongly preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of channel dynamics, co-sell motions, and partner ecosystem economics across Channel, Hyperscaler, and G/SI partners.
  • •Experience building or supporting account mapping processes and joint pipeline programs between a vendor’s field team and partner sales organizations.
