Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of 8 planners across multiple regions, driving performance, alignment, and continuous improvement.
  • •Run, coach and develop the global materials distribution platform team to service the world with optimized cost, cash, and service levels.
  • •Evolve the allocation process to regions across all constrained materials globally.
  • •Lead the daily, weekly, and monthly DRP routines for the business unit.
  • •Support global and regional teams to ensure customers’ needs are met and targets are delivered.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or similar discipline.
  • •8+ years of experience in Material Planning, Production Planning or similar roles.
  • •Preferably 2+ years of experience leading Planning teams.
  • •Fluent in English; additional language such as French is a plus.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
