Supervisor Region Operations

Supervise technicians across residential and business communications services, ensuring profitable operations while meeting company policies and quality standards. Lead daily outside and inside plant network activities, installation/maintenance, splicing and related design services, and act as the key liaison between CenturyLink and contractors to resolve issues. Build a customer-focused team through training, coaching, and safety and expense control, representing the company with customers and governmental agencies while collaborating with the union.
