Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure smooth technical delivery of SAP cloud application services for sovereign cloud solutions across private and public cloud environments.
  • •Lead maintenance of complex SAP landscapes using SAP Basis expertise, including troubleshooting technical incidents and supporting upgrades, patching, and deployments.
  • •Support presales activities such as solution proposals and proposal management, acting as a technical advisor to sovereign cloud customers and taking responsibility for SAP technical solutions.
  • •Serve as a trusted liaison between CAS and SAP solution/product areas, handling customer inquiries and incidents.
  • •Enable and mentor internal and external delivery teams (including quality assurance and continuous learning), and contribute to working groups and initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in SAP technical administration with SAP Basis knowledge, including setting up, administering, and operating SAP solutions.
  • •Experience performing SAP Basis tasks such as certificate management and trust configuration, system updates, performance tuning, and SAP Transport Management (CTS+).
  • •Solid experience implementing, upgrading, and supporting business-critical SAP applications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, PO, Solution Manager, BW).
  • •Knowledge of SAP cloud/operational offerings including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS, with deep understanding of the SAP cloud portfolio.
  • •Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) and willingness to support shift/incidents outside regular hours.
