Collaborate with principal, coach, and learning coaches/parents to support curriculum and troubleshoot virtual classroom needs. Typically work 40+ hours/week from a professional home office and travel occasionally for testing and professional development.

•Provide engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences in an online environment.
•Personalize instruction and differentiate based on student mastery.
•Augment course content using prescribed policies and procedures under guidance from principal and coach.
•Maintain grade book, support placement/promotion decisions, and alert administrators to student performance and progress.
•Communicate regularly with families/learning coaches/parents and travel as required for testing and professional development.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 55,000 - 75,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree.
•Active state teaching license.
•Ability to clear required background check.
•New Mexico Department of Education High School (9-12) Math Teaching Certification (preferred).
•Ability to provide proof of New Mexico license application within 7 days of the start date (if certification is from another state) and obtain an approved New Mexico teaching license within 90 days.
