Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate, negotiate, evaluate, and appraise repairable and total loss vehicle damage claims in accordance with contracts, corporate guidelines, and state laws.
  • •Use digital tools to evaluate and estimate highly complex auto physical damage claims and ensure documentation supports estimate accuracy.
  • •Communicate with insureds, internal claims adjusters, repair facilities, and third parties; conduct face-to-face interactions as needed.
  • •Review facts of loss and supporting physical damage documentation to determine subrogation opportunities and handle supplement/triage decisions.
