Job Summary

Drive end-to-end technical programs spanning web development, AI agent initiatives, and enterprise integrations. Serve as a functional lead bridging business, ERP (Oracle ERP/NetSuite), SCM, and engineering teams. Translate SCM and business needs into FRDs and TDDs, define workflows and data flows, and lead planning, prioritization, and cross-team execution. Own risk management, dependencies, and delivery timelines while ensuring alignment on architecture, security, scalability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive end-to-end technical programs across web, AI agent, and enterprise systems.
•Bridge business stakeholders, ERP teams, and engineering teams; translate business and SCM requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
•Define system workflows, integration patterns, and data flows for enterprise integrations.
•Lead planning, prioritization, and execution of multi-team technical initiatives, including alignment across architecture, security, scalability, and compliance.
•Drive risk management, dependency tracking, and delivery timelines; review designs and code at a high level; mentor engineers and junior program managers.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Product roles, managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
•Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps delivery models, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
•Functional expertise in Oracle ERP (NetSuite / Oracle ERP) and Supply Chain Management processes including order management, logistics & transportation, and inventory/planning.
•Experience translating business and SCM requirements into functional and technical specifications, including ERP integrations and enterprise platforms.
•Strong technical writing skills to create FRDs, TDDs, architecture diagrams/integration specs, and API/interface documentation.
