Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and diagnose customer needs through stakeholder interviews and workflow deep-dives with Finance, Procurement, AP, and IT teams.
  • •Translate qualitative input into crisp requirements, success metrics, constraints, and acceptance criteria; design deployment plans from MVP to rollout.
  • •Partner with Ramp Engineers and AI builders to specify data inputs, integrations, and governance needs (system-of-records, auditability).
  • •Synthesize learnings into reusable product patterns; write briefs for Product and Engineering outlining what to build next and why it matters.
  • •Present status, outcomes, and recommendations to executives and stakeholders; quantify impact (time saved, error reduction, faster close) and drive adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in solutions, implementation, product strategy, consulting, or technical program management.
  • •Strong grounding in corporate finance / controllership workflows (close, spend governance/controls, budgeting, procurement, AP operations).
  • •Ability to translate finance requirements into system design and configuration (ERP/accounting, procurement, expense management, payments) including integrations, data mapping, and controls.
  • •Comfort operating in ambiguity and iterating quickly while maintaining quality.
  • •Experience partnering with finance system owners/admins to drive change management, testing (UAT), and successful rollouts.
