Job Summary

Lead all aspects of an assigned branch by driving performance through coaching and people management while executing business development and growth strategies for small business and mass affluent clients. •Drive branch business development and revenue growth for small business and mass affluent client segments.
•Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and complete required team training.
•Manage human capital decisions including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
•Promote a positive community presence and execute civic/professional/community involvement to build the branch and Truist brand.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education/training) plus related training or experience.
•Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise (or equivalent).

•Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, prioritization, and written/verbal communication skills.
•Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and an applicable NMLS background check.
