  • •Provide industry-leading client service in person and on the phone while developing and expanding new and existing client relationships.
  • •Use consultative conversations to offer deposit, credit, and other financial solutions; refer more complex needs to internal specialists.
  • •Support meeting or exceeding client service and individual/branch sales targets by developing, expanding, and retaining relationships.
  • •Cross-train to perform required teller duties as needed and ensure consistent client experience during transactions and greetings.
