Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate machinery and equipment of a processing facility with limited supervision, ensuring product quality, safety requirements, and throughput in the assigned area.
  • •Conduct continuous inspections, monitor equipment, record operating parameters of key process points, and adjust machinery/equipment to meet specifications and production targets.
  • •Implement QA policies and procedures, complete required sampling and testing of process streams, interpret QA results, and take appropriate action.
  • •Comply with regulations and requirements, including necessary record keeping; conduct preventative and corrective maintenance as required.
  • •Maintain housekeeping and sanitation in the assigned work area, care for issued tools, complete initial/ongoing/supplemental training, and support plant operations while identifying improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in Operations and/or Production Operations.
  • •Ability to work independently for extended periods of time, including in confined spaces and hazardous environments.
  • •Ability to spend long periods on your feet, including walking/standing and climbing steps/ladders, and work at heights up to 120 ft.
  • •Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs and wear required protective equipment (e.g., respirators, hard hats, eye and hearing protection).
  • •Ability to use automated and manual tools and equipment, including shoveling/sweeping and frequent lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
