Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end technical design and implementation of scalable, secure, highly available software solutions.
  • •Implement and refine engineering standards, practices, and governance to improve quality, reliability, and delivery across teams.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues using innovative architectures and performance/reliability/scalability improvements.
  • •Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to engineers, including delegating/reviewing work and leading design reviews.
  • •Evaluate emerging technologies and build prototypes to support new capabilities and measurable improvements.
