Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive overall Hardware Asset Management strategy aligned to organizational and client objectives.
  • •Act as trusted advisor on asset optimization, lifecycle governance, and cost efficiency; lead stakeholder discussions and business reviews.
  • •Lead and mentor a team of HAM analysts and senior resources to ensure capability development and high performance.
  • •Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and SLAs to measure and improve service delivery; standardize best practices across accounts/projects.
  • •Manage the full hardware asset lifecycle in ServiceNow HAM Pro and configure/support HAM Pro workflows and lifecycle automation.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in hardware asset management and related lifecycle governance, procurement integration, and reporting/solution design.
  • •Expertise in end-to-end lifecycle management, asset normalization, contract and warranty management, and workflow configuration/integrations.
  • •Able to lead HAM implementation and optimization initiatives.
  • •Advanced skills in Excel and Access to create reports and dashboards.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service focus, including handling challenging situations.
