Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify opportunities across the full scope of solid dielectric switchgear products and applications to increase value, improve quality, and decrease costs.
  • •Create and maintain the Value Engineering (VAVE) project deck, summarizing active/planned progress, resources, results, roadblocks, and mitigations.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and manage risks, including leading brainstorming and idea generation activities.
  • •Conduct engineering investigations using literature, subject matter experts, and experimentation to support decisions.
  • •Create detailed designs and perform engineering analysis, develop system/subsystem test plans, and coordinate execution of functional and reliability tests.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 97,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •Only candidates residing or willing to relocate within 50 miles of Broomfield, CO will be considered.
  • •Experience with phase gate project management processes and project leadership; PMP certification or training is preferred.
