Field Sales Engineer – Refrigeration & Heat Pumps & Industrial Heat Recovery

Drive technical sales across Poland for refrigeration, heat pump, and industrial heat recovery solutions. Develop new business and grow existing customer relationships through regular customer visits, needs assessment, and solution recommendations. Build and maintain sales plans and forecasts, prepare tailored proposals, and manage CRM data while negotiating offers and following up on quotations. Represent the brand at trade fairs, deliver customer presentations and training, and collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Service.
