Key Requirements

  • •Master’s/Degree level education in Chemistry, pharmacy, chemical engineering, cosmetics, or other relevant science.
  • •Minimum 5–10 years of R&D experience with a proven track record delivering R&D projects.
  • •Desirable experience in cosmetic formulation environments.
  • •Strong technical background in personal care formulation, surfactants, and processing.
  • •Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills to work cross-functionally and provide feedback to stakeholders.
