Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure protection of personnel, sites, and assets from potential risks and threats, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and requirements.
  • •Define, develop, implement, manage, enforce, and review security guidelines, instructions, procedures, and standards.
  • •Develop and steer a comprehensive security strategy covering tools, resources, suppliers, technology, planning, emergency plans, and staff awareness.
  • •Provide operational site security services and crisis management, including coordination of external security service providers.
  • •Represent the company’s security interests and ensure ongoing readiness through continuous training and internal measures.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in risk and security management or a qualified vocational training (preferably with an entity such as the Bundespolizei or Bundeswehr).
  • •Proven experience in site security, crisis management, and steering external security service providers.
  • •Excellent knowledge of security systems and monitoring, integrated security solutions, and ID/badge systems (person protection knowledge if applicable).
  • •Basic knowledge of security technology and specific knowledge in official security clearance processes (amtlicher Geheimschutz).
  • •Negotiation-level German and advanced English; strong service orientation, high security awareness, commitment to continuous improvement and internal training participation.
