Job Summary

Develop, manage, and plan services and sales activities for designated business banking customer segment(s) within Shanghai and neighboring cities. Key Responsibilities

•Develop, manage, plan, and implement services and sales activities for a designated business banking customer segment(s) in Shanghai and/or neighboring cities.
•Achieve the bank’s strategic goal of being acknowledged as a leading foreign bank in China and a leading international business.
•Provide services to both non-facility and facility customers.
•Nurture customer relationships to deepen wallet share through product penetration.
•Manage customer relationships and risk to maximize economic profit through selective, quality lending, including active cross-selling of business banking products and products from other HSBC functions.

Key Requirements

•Sufficient general and commercial banking experience.
•Strong commercial knowledge with familiarity in economics, accounting, and financial-related subjects.
•Business orientation with management know-how to manage designated customer segment(s).
•Strong customer service, sales, and result-oriented mindset.
•At least 2 years of credit exposure, with decision-making and analytics skills, plus demonstrated leadership capability and a business-related qualification.
