Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor within the Key Private Client Program, managing the end-to-end client relationship with a plan-based approach to financial wellness. Assess client needs, gather and document data, and deliver tailored investment and insurance solutions for clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Build referral pipelines, partner with branch and line-of-business teammates, support branch operations, and ensure compliance while working onsite in the branch.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver client solutions by identifying financial wellness opportunities and referring appropriate investment and insurance products while providing customized recommendations.
•Build and document a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence through prospecting and calling efforts.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services, including competitive offerings, to guide meaningful client conversations.
•Open and service personal and business accounts, including deposit products, lending, home equity, and certificates of deposit.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures; support branch operations by assisting with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
•Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly, plus demonstrated ability to influence business partners and leverage centers of influence.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) to educate clients.
