Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure Agile ceremonies run consistently across pods (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives) and follow best practices.
  • •Identify recurring themes and cross-pod patterns (blockers, capacity issues, process gaps) and step in where pods are struggling.
  • •Consolidate delivery health and key themes across pods (velocity, capacity, blockers) and relay a leadership-ready view.
  • •Collaborate with PMs/TPOs to ensure product backlogs are appropriately prioritized and refined across pods.
  • •Coach and mentor teams on Agile methodologies, advocate Agile values, and represent the Agile development process to internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments, ideally coordinating across multiple teams/pods.
  • •Strong knowledge of Agile principles, methodologies, and practices.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration, plus demonstrated facilitation and leadership.
  • •Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required.
