•Work closely with architecture and implementation details, moving between planning, design, and operational problem-solving.
•Partner with Product, Research, SRE, and adjacent teams to prioritize work, remove bottlenecks, and deliver scalable multi-cloud solutions.
•Strengthen engineering fundamentals including observability, incident response, quality practices, CI/CD, and team operating cadences.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in software, platform, or cloud engineering with direct responsibility for team leadership and delivery outcomes.

•Ability to lead engineers through execution and improve engineering processes to deliver reliable production systems.
•Strong technical grounding in backend engineering, observability, and operational excellence.
•Nice-to-have: experience in fraud prevention/authentication/voice biometrics or related trust & safety/security products.
