Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide families/care partners access and affordability support for infigratinib by partnering with Market Access, Commercial, Training, and Brand Marketing teams.
  • •Ensure a compliant, positive patient journey through coordinated collaborations with all relevant BridgeBio stakeholders.
  • •Own the ForgingBridges support program relationship: onboard families, manage status changes, and follow up with families, prescriber’s offices, and pharmacies.
  • •Lead evaluation and implementation of family access opportunities within the designated geographic area, including personalized issue resolution by phone or face-to-face.
  • •Report key insights in a compliant manner and develop/tactically execute plans that support access imperatives and related KPIs/metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of biotech/pharma experience, with patient services, Market Access, and hub experience preferred.
  • •Strong foundation working with patient support programs such as copay/cost-sharing programs, affordability design, and hub models for medical/pharmacy benefit products.
  • •Ability to navigate specialty market and reimbursement/access challenges, including OIG/CMS/legal guidelines for patient support programs.
  • •Excellent analytical skills to develop sound strategies and tactics for patient access.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families/care partners and work independently and collaboratively.
