Accounts Receivable Specialist

Manage the end-to-end invoicing and customer payment process, including cash application, electronic check deposits, and A/R aging follow-up. Resolve billing discrepancies and partner with internal teams to support billing operations and A/R-related requests. Help drive month-end close activities such as reconciliations, accruals, and A/R reporting, while continuously improving processes and automating manual work as the business scales.
