Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the UT product strategy and roadmap, identifying product gaps and opportunities through customer insights, market research, and business requirements.
  • •Conduct fund due diligence to ensure offerings meet customer needs, commercial objectives, and relevant risk and regulatory standards.
  • •Partner with fund manufacturers and internal teams to plan and deliver product launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives.
  • •Work with Risk, Compliance, and control functions to implement appropriate controls, meet regulatory requirements, and manage product-related risks.
  • •Collaborate with Operations and Data & Analytics to simplify processes, reduce turnaround times, monitor performance and customer behavior, and generate growth opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years’ experience in retail banking product management, wealth management, or a related financial-services environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of unit trusts, funds, and managed products, including product structures, distribution models, and customer propositions.
  • •Strong stakeholder-management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across business, control, and support functions.
  • •Strong regulatory, conduct, and risk awareness, with a track record of embedding effective controls into product activities.
