Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of electrical professionals while managing performance and maintaining positive work relationships.
  • •Develop and implement short- and long-term maintenance plans to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
  • •Drive improvements in preventive maintenance compliance, equipment reliability, and reduction of corrective maintenance activities.
  • •Manage contractor performance and compliance, including service agreements, risk assessments, and insurance requirements.
  • •Promote a strong safety culture through visible leadership, effective incident management, and continuous improvement of safe work practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma of Engineering and Certificate IV Trade.
  • •Demonstrated experience in an electrical control systems environment.
  • •Extensive experience in maintenance planning of industrial equipment.
  • •Experience using computer maintenance management software applications (Maximo, SAP).
  • •Experience planning electrical equipment outages effectively and knowledge of OHS Acts, regulations, and codes of practice.
