Key Responsibilities

  • •Design scalable benefits solutions and own technically complex client accounts involving configuration, scale, and integrations.
  • •Partner with benefit managers to implement repeatable frameworks and deliver standard templates, processes, and documentation.
  • •Deliver training on new functionality and services to cross-functional and client management teams.
  • •Support system, data, and configuration teams to ensure consistent execution, including guiding production deployments for updates and migrations.
  • •Provide domain expertise on benefit structures and system integration, translate business needs into requirements, and participate in client presentations while managing risks and status.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Math, Actuarial Science, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, MIS) or equivalent experience.
  • •6+ years of related experience in benefits, HR technology, consulting, or similar.
  • •Experience with project-based work, project lifecycle models, and Agile software delivery.
  • •Hands-on experience with configuration, event flows, testing, and troubleshooting in complex systems.
  • •Understanding of financial/business metrics and core risk management concepts, plus data privacy practices and laws.
