Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience with SSO integrations (Okta or similar) and cloud system application management (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack).

  • •Experience managing ticket-based enterprise workflow systems.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills with a service-oriented approach.
  • •Proficiency in scripting with Python (or equivalent automation tools), with curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
