Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned work from start to close-out across all aspects of project delivery to ensure timely execution.
  • •Establish client relationships and communicate effectively with technical and management-level personnel.
  • •Prepare PowerPoint presentations and report progress, findings, and recommendations to management.
  • •Prepare RFPs, support contractor selection, and assist with contract award processes.
  • •Review project plans/specifications, manage CPM baseline schedules, and conduct feasibility studies/site surveys while assessing risks and validating progress and contractor pay applications/invoices.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of construction management experience within mission-critical environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction, civil engineering, structural engineering, architectural engineering, project management, or a related technical field.
  • •Strong understanding of construction and CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) disciplines.
  • •Prior hyperscale data center development and construction experience.
  • •Solid working knowledge of pre-design/pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, and building systems/components.
