Job Summary

Strategic and technically hands-on Product Owner leading a high-impact Financial Analytics team responsible for the full lifecycle of financial and regulatory data reporting across regulated entities. Drives automated, scalable reporting across Trading, Compliance/AML and Finance; partners with Data Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Finance and Tech to align data needs, manage the roadmap, and ensure timely, accurate regulatory outputs.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Financial Analytics team in delivering automated and scalable reporting solutions in areas of: Trading and Dealing, Compliance and AML, Finance.
•Regularly review existing processes to identify optimisation opportunities and reduce manual work.
•Ensure regulatory deadlines are met with accurate, auditable outputs.
•Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and other Technology teams to align on data needs and system integration.
•Own the roadmap for reporting automation with a focus on reducing manual processes and increasing reliability.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in a senior data or analytics leadership role, ideally within financial services or fintech.
•Deep understanding of financial markets and instruments (including trading workflows and regulatory frameworks).
•Strong knowledge of AML/Compliance reporting requirements.
•Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills.
