Key Responsibilities

  • •Embodies a strong client experience culture and ensures an efficient, accurate teller experience in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Coaches other tellers on efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions and teller-line operations.
  • •Acts as a resource to identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues and transitions clients to a banker for deeper financial wellness conversations.
  • •Manages day-to-day teller line duties including teller scheduling, observing/providing coaching, and overseeing branch operational standards and compliance.
  • •Balances cash drawer within balancing guidelines, follows compliance/audit/security procedures, and supports branch manager onboarding and training for new tellers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years’ experience in superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years’ experience in handling teller/customer transactions (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork and strong organizational skills while managing multiple tasks (required).
