Job Summary

Own the vision, roadmap, and requirements for a Mastercard customer onboarding platform within the Franchise and Legal Solutions program. Translate customer and business needs into epics, features, and stories with measurable outcomes, working closely with engineering scrum teams. Drive agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban, CI/CD, SDLC/PDLC), oversee testing and post-launch reviews, and continuously improve metrics, processes, and run health across the domain.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and refine the domain product vision, objectives, product charter, and roadmap using lean product management practices.
•Translate product requirements into epics, features, and user stories with clear, measurable outcomes and acceptance criteria.
•Collaborate with engineering and scrum teams to prioritize and refine backlogs, lead build activities, and oversee delivery and testing of product features.
•Manage the operation and health of the domain, escalating critical operational issues to Real Time Payments management teams and coordinating resolutions.
•Measure outcomes, conduct post-launch reviews, incorporate customer feedback, and drive continuous improvements to metrics and product delivery practices.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of product management or new product development experience shipping high-quality products in the payments industry.
•Experience with lean product management and lean management practices in a high-growth environment.
•Proficiency in agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), CI/CD, and modern DevOps-based PDLC/SDLC, including TDD and BDD.
•Track record delivering product features from design through development, deployment, and customer integration.
•Ability to define measurable, SMART leading and lagging metrics and to groom epics, features, and user stories with clear entry/exit criteria.
