Job Summary

Publish proprietary equity research for industries aligned to the firm’s Banking sectors, including stock recommendations for institutional buy-side clients. Conduct due diligence and independent industry and company research, building industry/company models and performing financial and valuation analyses. Initiate and support C-suite corporate access for institutional clients through roadshows, conferences, and conference calls. Partner with senior analysts and may collaborate with Capital Markets, sales, and trading to extend research to the institutional base.

•Create and publish proprietary equity research with Buy/Hold/Sell recommendations for institutional buy-side clients.
•Conduct due diligence and provide industry expertise for capital markets equity transactions.
•Initiate C-suite corporate access resources for institutional equity clients, including non-deal roadshows, conferences, field trips, bus tours, and conference calls.
•Conduct independent industry assessments and write company-specific research reports.
•Build industry and company models and perform financial and valuation analyses to formulate investment ideas, working with senior/supervisory analysts and potentially coordinating with Capital Markets, sales, and trading.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree.

•Mastery of financial and accounting concepts to build in-depth financial models.
•Advanced written and oral communication skills, strong analytical and sales skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
