Key Responsibilities

  • •Modernize capital planning and management by uplifting automated capital planning and analytics for better efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
  • •Build automated data pipelines, interactive dashboards, and self-service solutions for timely capital metrics and stress testing outcomes.
  • •Perform capital forecasting for ongoing planning and stress testing, including preparation for the AXP Capital Plan and related enterprise initiatives.
  • •Partner across Finance, Treasury Control Management, Risk Management, and Technology to automate RCSA/control testing, continuous monitoring, evidence collection, exception reporting, and data quality validation.
  • •Prepare executive presentations and analytical materials for senior leadership, ALCO, and the Board of Directors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
