Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end CFO responsibilities across accounting, financial reporting, controls, FP&A, treasury, tax, risk management, and investment analysis for the market.
•Partner with US leadership to shape commercial strategy and drive growth through robust financial planning.
•Jointly lead P&L performance with the Market GM, translating strategy into financial outcomes via risk management and performance optimization.
•Direct annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
•Oversee accounting, reporting, governance, and internal controls to ensure compliance with local GAAP, statutory requirements, and corporate standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 300,000 - 350,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/MBA and/or CPA/ACA/ACCA preferred).
•12–15+ years progressive finance/accounting/business leadership experience in a multinational environment, including 5+ years at senior management/director level with P&L ownership and team leadership.
•Demonstrated leadership in P&L management, budgeting, and commercial finance.
•Strong understanding of financial drivers, contract management, and the retail landscape, including trade terms and promotions.
•Track record driving cost efficiencies, process transformation, and governance best practices.
