Key Responsibilities

  • •Own funnel/forecast processes by monitoring deal risks and supporting commit call cadence through cross-team interlocks.
  • •Oversee and resolve escalations and commission issues by coordinating relevant stakeholders and providing guidance.
  • •Govern and run the NYR process across APJC, including account transfers, goal-sheet distribution, SHARE hierarchy, and goaling/compensation structures.
  • •Provide complete ownership of compensation, SPIFFs, incentives, and sales recognition programs, ensuring effective implementation.
  • •Drive sales operations improvement initiatives, lead change management for GTM/NYR updates, and provide feedback on system/tool improvements (including Anaplan and SFDC adoption).

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in a sales operations, program, project or functional management position.
  • •High analytical skills and financial acumen.
  • •Ability to develop and present data-driven business proposals.
