Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily compressive strength testing of hardened concrete specimens.
  • •Perform daily pre/post pour inspections on products.
  • •Monitor production operations as required.
  • •Report to the management team on process improvements, repetitive mistakes, and quality concerns.
  • •Handle other assigned responsibilities as needed, on a temporary or permanent basis.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Quality control experience in a related industry.
  • •ACI / NPCA certifications preferred; must pass ACI Concrete Field Testing within 3 to 6 months and maintain certification.
  • •Basic computer skills.
  • •Ability to read/write simple instructions, communicate effectively, and lift up to 40 lbs periodically.
