Job Summary

Design, implement, and optimize SharePoint-based knowledge management (KM) solutions supporting U.S. Army counterintelligence, counterterrorism, and human intelligence missions. Drive process improvement, data management, and collaborative information sharing across analytic and operational teams. Partner with government clients and KM working groups to build governance structures, maintain content and workflows, produce performance and usage reporting, and author position papers and SOP-focused recommendations.

•Design and implement SharePoint-based process improvement and KM solutions.
•Improve information sharing by aligning organizational processes and technologies across analysts and mission stakeholders.
•Develop workflows and support analytic production using databases, content management systems, and records management tools.
•Compile and report KM performance metrics and capability requirements (search, discovery, storage, retrieval, tasking, and production processes).
•Conduct surveys/interviews and provide weekly status updates, position papers, and governance/maintenance plan recommendations based on working group input.

Key Requirements

•Active TS/SCI security clearance with a favorable polygraph and U.S. citizenship required.
•Minimum 6 years KM experience, with relevant experience within the last 2 years.

•Experience developing and implementing SharePoint solutions and KM practices.
•Experience facilitating working groups, conducting surveys/interviews, and producing detailed reports, including familiarity with Army FM 6-01.1 or similar KM doctrine.
