Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform end-to-end testing, programming downloads, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at the customer’s location.
  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements by forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Use blueprints or engineering specifications and tools/technology to diagnose and repair HVAC/chiller units.
  • •Maintain safety standards, asset accountability by recording use and condition, and mentor team members while being flexible for overtime and occasional overnight stays.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) or a certificate of completion from an accredited technical school.
  • •At least 10+ years of experience in commercial HVAC, including chiller systems.
  • •EPA certification (e.g., HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer).
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld computer devices (smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations, including specified offenses in the prior 3 years.
