Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair for electrical, electronic, PLC, SCADA, high-voltage switchgear, HVAC, and metering/instrumentation equipment.
  • •Respond to emergencies as a first responder, supporting security, containment, and clean-up while participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
  • •Maintain accurate work documentation and records using systems such as Maximo, eSource, WorkDay, and Safe Work Permits.
  • •Support construction and commissioning activities, including installation, inspection, and startup of new electrical and electronic systems.
  • •Ensure drawings and technical documentation stay current, including managing and completing as-built revisions and providing after-hours support.

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical, electronic, or instrumentation diploma/certificate from a recognized technical program.
  • •Journeyman certificate in Construction, Industrial, or Power Electrician.
  • •Minimum 5 years experience in an industrial electrical field or an Enbridge Electrical Technologist position.
  • •Computer skills with tools such as Maximo, MS Office, Webcad, WorkDay, and eSource, plus SCADA and PLC interfaces.
  • •Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
